In a mug mix all dry ingredients. Next, mix in an egg and 2-3 tablespoons of water/ almond milk. You may need to add more liquid depending on how moist you’d like it.
Microwave for 60 sec (if you like it more gooey, this should leave it moist – you can always add 15 second increments if it needs it). When it is done the edges will pull from the sides.
Top with a dollop of your favorite nut butter while it’s still hot for extra yumminess.
